Our mission: Innovation, that goes in the deep!
Since our founding in 1995, we have developed from a three-man company into an internationally operating company. Based in Nordhausen in the southern Harz, we manufacture compact and powerful machines for well construction, geotechnics, geothermal energy as well as special civil engineering and explosive ordnance detection. Our products are characterized by small dimensions, high efficiency, durability and cost-effectiveness.
Our Story: Development milestones
- 1990-1993: After reunification, Dipl.-Ing. Lutz Kurth founded a sales agency for dilling and well equipment.
- 1993: Conversion into an engineering office and production of the first small drilling rig KB10 weighing just one ton.
- 1995: Founding of Bohr- und Brunnenanlagen GmbH and development of the KB20.
- 1997/1998: Introduction of the modular system for small drilling technology and move to the Kohnsteinbrücke location in Niedersachswerfen.
- 2008: Move to Hanewacker-Straße in Nordhausen, optimize production processes and expand to 25 employees.
- 2025: Celebration of the company's 30th anniversary and organization of GEOWORLD 2025, a trade fair for drilling, well engineering and geotechnics.
