The German trade fair for soil investigation equipment, accessories and tools for subsoil, contaminated site and outcrop investigations took place on 11 and 12 May in Essen. We were again on site as exhibitors after the last events.

After the cancellation of the trade fair in recent years due to the pandemic, Germany's leading trade fair for geotechnics 2023 took place again on the premises of Carl Hamm GmbH in Essen-Kupferdreh.

More than 30 well-known manufacturers of geotechnical equipment presented themselves indoors and outdoors with the latest developments such as large drilling rigs tools and accessories for subsoil, contaminated site and outcrop exploration.

At the Kurth GmbH stand, the main focus was on the exhibited WOTAN, in addition to all the other drilling rigs and mounts. This machine, developed in cooperation with Carl Hamm GmbH, can be used for both geotechnical sounding and drilling purposes. The basis of the machine is provided by Kurth with a KB 12, which is equipped with the drilling mount "ARGOS" of Carl Hamm GmbH.
